  1. Physics is the branch of science that deals with math, measurement, atoms, energy, electricity, and space. These are the main subjects and they contain other minor subjects. For example under Energy there are other minor areas like heat, and sound which are involved with energy.

  2. Physics is a science that discusses motion, energy, light, measurements, and it also requires lot of observations being made. Within those things, like Anthony said, are other topics that relate. -KM

  3. Physics is the branch of science concerned with the nature and properties of matter and energy. The subject matter of physics, distinguished from that of chemistry and biology, includes mechanics, heat, light and other radiation, sound, electricity, magnetism, and the structure of atoms.

  6. Physics is a science that involves objects or things that can be described. It's observations about those objects or things. Within the observations you can find other topics that relate.

  7. Physics is the study of energy, matter, and "things that" you can categorize many times and form groups out of.

  8. Physics is a form of science that involves observations, descriptions, math and energy. Math and energy both contain smaller categories that are still an important part of physics and determines how you categorize the objects.

Physics is one broad category that is built up by smaller, more specific categories. It is the word that ties everything together, almost like a cycle, every word that goes under the smaller categories leads back up to Physics. Physics is energy calculated by math and explained through law. It incorporates most subjects to explain theories, facts, and formulas
