  1. I was able to access the website but it wouldn't let me access the graph paper without any numbers is it okay that I use the one that does have numbers?

  2. I am able to access every other graph paper on the website, however I am unable to access the one is required. Should I use a different one or what should I do?
    Thank you MS.

  3. Due to the newest Java update, on all three of my computers that application is blocked by Java. Therefore, i am unable to complete this for its due date tomorrow because I was ordinally told it was Wednesday. Thank you MS.

    1. No problem just make the observations in school tomorrow. Did you read the questions? Are you sure you can't answer them?
Final solution: go to the control panel on your computer
      Select Java
      Go to security
Add exception to the website and paste the web address in or cut and paste it
      Hit apply
Now you will be able to run the simulator
but again the questions for tomorrow do not require the simulator but would help.

    2. I did exactly what you said about adding an exception and it will still not load and is blocked by java. Where are the questions? And yesterday in sub study hall, we were never given questions to answer. However, through drop box I am able to get the graph paper.
      Thank you again MS.

  4. Hi! At home I only have access to computers that run Google Chrome and Safari, so I'm having issues (I probably can't) running this activity. I will try to use the firefox on the school computers tomorrow morning. Also, ET and I were in the library this morning trying to print the graph paper. Every other graph paper on the website could be printed, but for some reason the required one did not cooperate. I stopped by your room during lunch and after school to ask for some, but you weren't there. I have some different graph paper I'm using, I hope it's okay. Kath Little

  7. I cannot get the simulation of the hanging mass and the cart to show up. My computer says that a plug-in is required and I'm not sure what that is. I printed the graph paper but the other website is not working. Thanks -Dom

  8. Hi, I'm having the same problem...the graph wont load because it says its not supported by Java. I looked for a way around it but nothing comes up. Ill try again later today on a different computer.

  10. How do we find the weight of the hanging mass?

    ReplyDelete
  11. ... and do you want the weight of the hanging mass in newtons or pounds?

  12. If the website is not cooperating on my computer what should I do?

  13. On the website, http://www.walter-fendt.de/ph14e/n2law.htm , my java is blocking the Newton's Second Law Experiment. What should I do?

  26. The form will not let you turn it in unless you have the required questions. So can I put 0 in for everything?

    ReplyDelete
  27. Although this is delayed: For Trial 3 friends, I think it is referring to the data we have collected in class today. In mks; Mass of Wagon= .085, Hanging Mass .015, and a= 1.31. The rest of the questions can be solved with this data, hope this helps!

  29. For the graph do we make our own equation or do we use one from our equations page?

    ReplyDelete
  30. you told us not to record the time but it asks for it what should we put for that

  31. I have a couple questions on the graph may I come in early tomorrow or at lunch for help?

    ReplyDelete
  32. I can't submit the form if I only do the questions up to the survey because the rest are required

  33. Is our graph the net force of the wagon and hanging mass v. Acceleration or hanging mass v. Acceleration
